Every build is scoped individually — a five-page business site and a custom inventory platform are very different projects. After a free consultation you get a fixed quote with everything itemized. No hourly surprises, no scope creep billing.
No — we're headquartered in Mississauga and work on-site across the Greater Toronto Area, but most of our delivery happens remotely. We support clients across Ontario and the rest of North America.
Yes, and it's common. We start with a technical audit so you know exactly what you have, stabilize anything fragile, then improve from there. You won't be forced into a rebuild unless one is genuinely needed.
You choose: hand-off with full documentation, or an ongoing support plan that covers updates, security patches, monitoring, backups, and priority help when something needs attention. Most clients stay on a support plan — it's why our retention is what it is.
