It starts with a free consultation to understand what you're trying to achieve. From there we send a fixed scope, timeline, and quote. Once approved, we move through design, development with weekly check-ins, launch, and then ongoing support if you want us to keep running things.

Every build is scoped individually. A five-page business site and a custom inventory platform are very different projects. After a free consultation you get a fixed quote with everything itemized. No hourly surprises, no scope creep billing.

No. We're headquartered in Mississauga and can work on-site around Toronto, but most of our delivery happens remotely. We support clients across Ontario and the rest of North America.

Yes, and it's common. We start with a technical audit so you know exactly what you have, stabilize anything fragile, then improve from there. You won't be forced into a rebuild unless one is genuinely needed.

You choose: hand-off with full documentation, or an ongoing support plan that covers updates, security patches, monitoring, backups, and priority help when something needs attention. Most clients stay on a support plan, and it's why our retention is what it is.

We can usually book your consultation within the week. Most projects kick off within two to three weeks of approval; urgent fixes and IT support issues are handled much sooner.
